Get the 411: Use The Source
Arbonne has created a New Consultant Overview that is available on The Source, which is designed to take you through all of the basic information you need to help you successfully launch your Arbonne business and keep it compliant, in partnership with your upline. It will also direct you to additional content, resources, tools and education that you can access anytime. Bookmark The Source and make sure you utilize it daily!
Go for More: Set Goals
We use a duplicatable system to grow our business and set goals using this system. We invite connections take a listen to our stories; then we invite them to a business presentation (one-on-one over coffee, on the phone, over messenger/text, or a group presentation); then if they say no to the business we move them toward products; and then we enroll them either as clients or consultants. This process is known in network marketing as "The Funnel System" and can take a few minutes (rarely), but it usually takes months or years! Here's how to jumpstart your goals...
- Talk with 10 new faces by the 10th of each month.
- Sell 1500 PQV by the 15th of each month (that’s personal sales, not your team).
- Add 4 new 150+ PCs and 1 new 150+ IC by the last day of the month (that means they buy 150 QV each).
- Talk with 40 new faces by the last day of the month.
- Sell 2500 PQV by the last day of the month.
- Talk to your coach about Goal Slicing and setting up weekly/daily QV goals.
- Understand your products! It PAYS to promote! Let your upline know your goals so we can help you get there!
Build Your Empire: Skill Set Training
Make sure you are spending at least 20 minutes a day on personal development. This could be reading a book or listening to a podcast. Personal development helps keep you motivated to achieve your goals.
Cultivate Mindset! This business works when you do. Stay coachable. Stay hungry for learning. Stay engaged and active. Reach out to your upline often. Read personal growth & development daily. Treat this like a business, not just a hobby. Find your WHY! Practice daily affirmations. Know that the only way to fail is to quit. Stay consistent. Believe you WILL be an NVP!
