How to Package & Mail a Sample Pack
Arbonne has some great sample bags in their consultant boutique. Or you can use clear cellophane party bags, like these. If you use cellophane bags, use some cute washi tape or Arbonne stickers to seal them up.
We like to put a notecard in the front, the products behind that, and the flyers behind that. If you’re using a clear cellophane bag, put the "Is Arbonne for You" flyer in the back, turned around, so when the prospect looks at the sample bag, they can see that flyer through the back of the bag.
The Arbonne bag sample will fit in a 10×13 clasp envelope.
The party bag sample will fit in a 6×9 clasp envelope.
You can stamp them yourself, but if you mail them at the post office, it will be the same cost, and you’ll get a tracking number, which is helpful in timing your followup messages.

How to Follow Up
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF SENDING OUT SAMPLES IS FOLLOWUP. After sending a sample pack (about the time when you think the person will receive it), send your recipient this message and the links:
If they like the products but don’t place an order, this is a good time to start them into the funnel system if you haven’t already. If they’ve already been through the funnel system and they have said no to hosting, ask if you can check in with them in 6 months to see if anything has changed.
- Hi, [name]! If you haven’t already, you should be receiving your sample pack any day now. Here are some helpful links about our products!
- Hi, [name]. I just wanted to check in and see which product you are loving the most!
