How to Promote to DM
YOUR GOAL is to promote to District Manager in 1 or 2 months. Why?
Goal for Month 1:
Qualification Requirements:
- In addition to your 15% commission, you’ll earn an 8% override on your team’s sales and on YOUR OWN SALES!
- Your monthly cash bonus goes from $100 to $200 a month. Don’t leave money on the table!
Goal for Month 1:
- 2,500 QV (qualifying volume) in team sales
- Arbonnize your home, shop for yourself, sell products, etc.
- If Arbonne has it, don’t use another brand! Shop from your own store!
Qualification Requirements:
- 6,000 QV for your entire team in 1 month or over 2 months. This includes your orders, as well as the orders from your preferred clients, orders from your consultants, and orders from their preferred clients. Everyone’s orders count towards the 6,000!
OR - 7,500 QV for your entire team over 3 months
- Minimum 1,000 PQV during qualification period. (PQV means personal qualifying volume and includes your personal orders and orders from your preferred clients.)
