How to Promote to RVP
YOUR GOAL is to promote to Regional Vice President in 3 months. Why?
- In addition to your commission, you’ll earn a 3% override on your team’s sales and on YOUR OWN SALES!
- Receive the greater of the District Manager Cash Achievement, Area Manager Cash Achievement or the $600 Vice President Cash Achievement with Central Region sales of 60,000 QV and minimum 30 new Independent Consultants or Preferred Clients who accumulate at least 150 PQV in their Start Month.
- $800 Mercedes-Benz Cash Achievement with Central Region sales of 40,000 QV, a $600 Cash Achievement with 35,000 QV, a Cash Achievement of $400 with 30,000 QV, and a Cash Achievementof $200 with 25,000 QV, including Promotion Credits.
Two- or Three-month Qualification Options:
- 96,000 QV over two months or 120,000 QV over three months.
- Minimum 40,000 QV in the first and the last month of the qualification period.
- QV will be accumulated over the entire qualification period.
