Protein Shakes

PROTEIN BUTTER CUPS

• Melt coconut oil, Mix with Arbonne chocolate protein powder (melted like consistency, about two scoops protein to 1/4 C. Coconut oil ratio)
• Pour in mini cup mold 1/2 way - freeze for 5mins
• Add teaspoon of favorite nut butter
• Top with remaining chocolate/coconut oil mix
• Freeze for 5ish more mins 
• Store in freezer
  

THE CANDY BAR

• 2 scoops chocolate shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic coconut water or almond milk
• Approx 1/4 cup fresh almond butter (I just grab a big heaping soup spoonful)
• 2 tbsp ground flax seeds/flax meal
• Touch of agave if desired, 8-10 ice cubes 

PROTEIN BARK

• Melt 5 heaping Tablespoons of coconut oil,
• Mix with 3 scoops of Arbonne protein powder 
• Add in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of your desired toppings (nuts, berries, dark chocolate) and freeze in a mini cup molds or a small, flat dish.
• Freeze for 30 minutes
• Store in freezer
  

GREEN BANANA

• 2 scoops vanilla shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic coconut water or almond milk
• 1 banana
• 1 cup organic baby spinach
• Touch of agave if desired
• 8-10 ice cubes 

"BROWNIE-BATTER" PROTEIN BARS

• 1 15-ounce jar or organic almond butter
• 1 cup of raw honey
• Gradually add about 2 cups of Arbonne protein
• Add 2 tablespoons of water
• Mix in about 2 cups of organic crispy cocoa rice or organic oats
• Press mixture into a large, flat 9x13 inch pan or roll into quarter-sized balls.
• Refridgerate for at least an hour before cutting into squares or serving.

THE BEACH

• 2 scoops vanilla shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic coconut water
• 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
• 8-10 ice cubes with fresh fruit 

ARBONNE-BONS

• Thoroughly mix 6 scoops of Arbonne chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of hazelnut butter, 1/2 cup raw honey, and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
• Should be very stiff dough. 
• Roll into tiny balls and lightly dust in chocolate protein powder. Enjoy!
• They will keep in covered container in refrigerator for a week if you don't eat them all before that!

PUMPKIN SPICE

• 2 scoops vanilla shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic almond milk
• 1/2 can of Farmer’s Market organic pumpkin 
• Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice to taste
• Touch of agave if desired
• 8-10 ice cubes

TRAIL MIX BARS

• 1 C almond butter
• 1 C brown rice syrup (or agave)
• 6 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder 
• 2 C gluten free oats
• 1/2 C Raisins
• 1/2 C Walnuts
• 1/2 C sliced Almonds
• Melt Butter on the stove to make easier blending, Combine all ingredients and mix with a beater, Spread with a 9x13 pan and refrigerate

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Light, chocolatey candy that's good for you?! In a bowl, thoroughly mix:

• 6 scoops Arbonne chocolate protein powder
• 1 c. almond butter
• 1/2 c. honey
• 3/4 c. chopped pecans
• Should be a very stiff dough. Add more dry protein shake until stiff. Roll into tiny balls, then in chocolate protein powder. Enjoy! Will keep in covered container for a week, if they last that long around your house...

PUMPKIN-CARROT-ALMOND BARS
Try a spin on the no-bake Arbonne Protein Bars. This recipe is flexible & has a little wiggle room. So put your own twist on it!
Makes thick bars in a 5x9 in pan.

• 1 c. almond butter 
• 1/2 c. agave syrup
• 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 
• 3/4 c. shredded carrot (I put in the food processor)
• 1 t. cinnamon 
• 1/2 t. nutmeg 
• 6 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder 
• 1/3 c. Arbonne fiber or ground flax seeds 
• 1/2 c. slivered almonds 
• 2 c. oats
• In a large bowl, blend together almond butter & agave. Add pumpkin, carrot and spices. Blend well and continue to incorporate the rest of the ingredients one at a time. Press into pan, chill and cut. Sprinkle a few extra nuts on top and a dusting of cinnamon. Yum!

MOCHA CHIP

• 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic almond milk or coconut water
• Shot of regular or decaf espresso
• 1/3 cup of Cacao Nibs
• Touch of agave if desired
• 8-10 ice cubes 

BANANA NUT

• 2 scoops vanilla shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic almond milk
• Approx 1/4 cup fresh almond butter (I just grab a big heaping soupspoon full)
• 1 organic banana
• 8-10 ice cubes. 

​BLACK MAGIC

• 2 scoops vanilla shake mix
• 1 scoop Fiber Boost
• 12 oz organic coconut water
• 1/3 cup organic blackberries
• 1/3 cup organic blueberries
• 1/3 cup organic raspberries
• 1 banana
• 1 packed cup organic baby spinach or kale
• 8-10 ice cubes

​CHOCOLATE COCONUT POPSICLE

• 2 scoops of Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
• 1 can of organic full-fat coconut milk
• Blend ingredients and pour into popsicle molds; freeze.

SIMPLE ARBONNE MUFFIN

• 4 scoops of Arbonne Protein Powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup grape seed oil
• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
• (OPTIONAL: 1 tsp organic orange oil and 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries)
• Mix all ingredients together and pour into lined muffin tin. Makes 4 cupcakes!
• Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top.
