Important Tips to Remember


While we CAN’T say things like “Arbonne can give you financial freedom” or “Thanks to my Arbonne business I now have financial flexibility” there is still so many things that you CAN say like:
  • “Because of Arbonne, I have the flexibility to schedule my own time. As a result, I’m able to attend all of my children’s soccer games.”

"Financial Freedom" or "Financial Flexibility" are both earnings claims that are not acceptable. The word freedom is also misleading as most people believe freedom means having as much time or as much money as they want — without having to work for it. We just need to ensure that we are clear, truthful and transparent in everything that we say, do, and share!

While you CAN’T say, “you can earn an income by working your Arbonne business” you CAN say, during a Discover Arbonne presentation or in answer to someone’s question:
  • “You share and sell products you love, earning commissions when your Clients order and reorder. Visit earnings.arbonne.com to learn more about the earning opportunity.”
    (The word “income” is not compliant because while income can be passive, earnings require effort.)

You need to always refer to earnings.arbonne.com before and after talking about the earnings opportunity if you are not sharing the page or showing slides. It’s ALWAYS better to overshare and encourage prospects to view the ICES for themselves.
